Yoga

I never thought that yoga would help me with my insomnia.  It has taught me to relax and I use this technique when I am trying to fall asleep.  I have been amazed that it really has worked for me.  I have also gained some muscle strength.  I can actually see some of the difference in my muscle resistance.  I am able to do some poses that I never thought I could do.  Now if I can only find a way to teach my children they think it is funny.
