Child Support

Child support is to help you with your children.  The agency is suppose to deduct 15% of the gross amount of the parent's pay check.  My ex-husband has been evading the system by getting paid cash or working with his new wife and the paycheck goes under her name.  He has enough money to buy himself and the grandson of his wife new ifones.  He has not paid more than $69.00 every two weeks.  It is so hard to try and make it when there is not enough for the children he still has the nerve to show off his ifone to the children when they are in need of pants and shoes.  Wow I wonder how the agency can think that this is enough.
