Mountain Rock Climbing

My son went mountain rock climbing with the Arc afterschool program.  He had so much fun.  It makes me feel really happy that there are still some programs that offer activities to the children who other wise would not have the opportunity to do them.  The only problem is that his arms hurt from climbing and having to bring his whole body up with the strenght of his arms.   I rather have him out there doing something than staying home on the video games.  You agree?
