Exercise to keep healthy

About two weeks ago I got a call from the doctors office that my lab tests had come back positive for very high cholesterol.  The doctor was very concerned and wanted to see me immediately in his office.  When I met with him he said that the highest a person could have cholesterol was 150 and my test showed 500 that was far beyound the limits.  He was putting me on medication and on a diet immediately he was shocked at how I can feel okay with all this cholesterol.  I was terribly scared high cholesterol is the cause of a heart attack or a anerism something like that.  Anyway it wasn't good.  So now everymorning I do a hour of cardio, core, and yoga.  I keep a strick diet following a guide that he gave me.  It is so tireing but I am more afraid of having a heart attack I do not want to be sick.  My children are still small and I am all they have

    On a side note, I am studying to be a health coach/nutritionist. I am glad you are exercising, and changing old food habits to better food habits is a good idea, especially when high cholesterol is concerned.

    1. Oh I am so glad!!! It has been so fustrating not to know what I had done wrong. Can you see all of the blogs I wrote before this one? If you have any advice on how to get rid of the extra weight or on eating I would appreciate any advice. I am so scare of having a heart attack, the doctor said it is something that I have to take care of yesterday.
